Business Process Automation project, funded in
1999, is a large scale business process system that includes
Enterprise-wide Integrated sales force automation, engineer-to-order,
project management, and order execution.
We have been developing techniques for
understanding, documenting, and improving information flow through the
company since 1995 and we have realized opportunities that would
previously not have been possible.
